We would like to express our deepest sympathies to the victims of the COVID-19 pandemic and their families.
We would like to take this opportunity to announce that the 3rd SCPSC will be further postponed and will now be held from July 21 to July 23 (Thursday to Saturday), 2022.
On March 25, 2020, we announced that the 3rd SCPSC, which was scheduled to be held in August 2020, was to be postponed for one year and would be held in August 2021. However, in view of the current situation, we would like to inform you that it will be further postponed for another year and will be held in July 2022. In addition, although the 4th SCPSC was previously scheduled to be held in 2023, it was judged that it would be difficult to hold the 3rd and 4th SCPSC in consecutive years over 2022 and 2023, so the 3rd SCPSC will be held jointly with the 4th SCPSC in July 2022. For this reason, the session will be extended from the previously planned 2 days to 3 days. For the first two days, we will follow the planned 3rd SCPSC program, and on the third day, we are planning two new symposiums as a substitute for the 4th SCPSC.
We ask for your special understanding under the current circumstances. We sincerely look forward to the participation of all those involved in cancer medicine in Japan, Asia, and around the world.

President of The International Research Society of the SCPSC
